I cannot believe it is already August. This summer has flown by faster than ever. This means that there is only about a month left that the pools will be open (at least here in CO). If you ask me this is plenty of time to justify buying another swim suit, especially if you have any upcoming trips planned before the summer ends. Another plus is that many swimsuits are on sale right now!

You are probably wondering by now what brand sells the best swim suits, and I am here to tell you that it is Solid & Striped! Although I discovered Solid & Striped just last year, I have already acquired more than a handful of swimsuit by them (Idk if that’s something to be proud of or not, my bf thinks I have a problem). It’s just one of those things where you find what works and stick to it! Their swimsuits fit me so well and are made of high quality material that does not stretch, fade, or peel.

Obviously quality does come at a price, their swimsuits retails for around $178. Being the broke college student that I am, this is not a price I can afford. Luckily I have been able to find their swimsuits on sale towards the end of the season, but trust me if I had the money it would be worth every cent of the $178. Below I will be linking some of the swimsuits I own by Solid & Striped as well as some that are on my wish list!

My favorite recent purchase is this one piece Claudia swim suit that is perfect for a day on the lake or laying by the pool. I have been loving one pieces lately and cannot get over how cute the cut out on one side is, that is if you don’t mind getting weird tan lines. This gold color is no longer available, but it is available in other colors that are just as flattering.

You will rarely catch me in a two piece swim suit that is not high-waisted. I had been looking for a white swim suit for while and stumbled across this Solid & Striped stunner a couple months ago. I love the simple design and it flatters in all the right places. I am dying to get my hands on it in this cute pink polka dot design.

This high-waisted bikini was my first Solid & Striped swim suit that I ever owned. I liked it so much that I also bought it in a yellow gingham pattern. They are constantly coming out with different patterns for this suit. I wouldn’t be surprised if I bought it in a third color/pattern.
